It's 1998, I'm visiting my grandparents in Virgina on a family trip and my uncle is excited to show me a new Playstation game he picked up called Need For Speed: High Stakes. He's already far into the game so I pick the coolest car on my first race, the legendary Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR, 8 year old me was hooked... My life has been intertwined in the scene since then, and it's always a pleasure to meet like minded folks with an unhealthy obsession with these machines we'll always prioritize over our mortgages.
